Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We had used the Webex App as our video meeting tool. We used to use it to conduct trainings with large groups of people, conduct townhalls and so on. It was easy to collaborate on the Webex App as it gave a telephone bridge to dial in for meetings and people from around the globe could dial into the same bridge. It has a mobile application as well, so if you are away from your workstation, you could authenticate and attend meetings as well. The user interface was simple as well and anyone using the Webex App tool for the first time could easily understand the interface and get onboarded to the tool real quick.

- Good Voice and video quality during the call and in recordings as well
- Availability of audio bridge which enables users to dial in
- Simple and effective navigation controls
- Supports large number of users on single meeting
- Some reactions buttons could be added
- Shortcuts to mute and unmute
- The sound quality could be improved
- We ran the cloud enablement programs on Webex App and it was effective
