Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
At Comely Enterprises I used Webex Meetings for connecting purposes and collaboration among the team. We decided to use it due to its professional nature and ease of usage. It was helpful at times of Covid and remote work collaboration with the team from another location or in cases when someone needs to work from home.
- Meeting were really good with amazing quality
- Network issues are not faced as such so good network quality
- User interface is also a good part of Webex Meetings
- Screen sharing works perfectly fine
- Also the management of resources is also a problem
- The learning curve for Webex Meetings is so tough
- The cost is a little high
- It has the positive impact of the business by increasing the productivity by 20%

Extra cost was used for teaching employees the software since its hard to use as compared to others in this field.
We basically experienced a great user experience with this Webex Meetings, we have used Zoom, Google Meet, etc, but this Webex Meetings is better but it comes with a price.
It is the most formal way of communication, I feel, so that is why it was chosen for my company.
