Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I used Webex for virtual meetings and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Webex has helped me share my thoughts, reports and presentations with the stakeholders and the best thing about it is that there is an option to invite guests for the meeting as well. People from outside of your organization can be part of the meetings as needed.

Selecting Webex was mainly because our external stakeholders were using it and not the other tools which we had for internal collaboration. To be honest, there isn't much to separate Webex from other tools for the simple reason that all of these tools have similar functionalities built in. So, the selection of Webex was mainly need based rather than by choise.

It is well suited for business organizations and may not be very appropriate for academic institutes or educational activities. Webex, I feel, is good for onine meetings with fewer participants than large masses. Hence, I believe that webex is a very useful collaboration tool for companies where meetings happen with internal stakeholders as well as external ones.

Webex Meetings Reliability

I never had any issues with the availability of Webex. I should say that even when the bandwidth was low, it did work well for me.
Pages load quickly, reports complete in a reasonable time frame, etc.
