Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
As a means of communication between employees across all departments, it enables secure phone calls and easy screen sharing during calls, facilitates hosting meetings for those in any location, and provides additional features. It is a very convenient way to grab someone's attention when you need something from them or need to communicate with others. It helps you see if someone is currently active, sets a status for others to see where they might be at that exact moment, and helps promote quick communication between different departments. I use it daily to communicate with others, occasionally attend meetings, and make phone calls.
Pros
- Accurate status settings.
- Practical tools to use, like screen sharing, when calling others.
- Translates well even on the mobile app.
Cons
- Hard to connect my desk phone to the app for use when WFH.
- An easier search feature inside chats to reference something already discussed in the past.
- More emojis.
- Enhanced communication to improve productivity.
- Hard to be in the meeting screen and attempt to get other things done, like hands-on use of what might be being discussed.
- Direct and fast access to people who are not in the same building but are essential to the current tasks I am working on.

It is hard to attend meetings or phone calls using the Webex app. The connectivity is through a physical desk phone that has a separate phone number from my cellphone. There are sound issues, calling issues, and connectivity issues that arise when trying to make or receive calls from a remote location.
It is beneficial to be able to send messages quickly when I am not in the same setting as my other coworkers. Emails can get lost and take too long to receive a response, but Webex helps me see who is available and easily get what I need from them. It makes it easier to get feedback, information, and help when using Webex.
Issues with calling and receiving calls. Audio problems often arise in hybrid situations. Calling becomes difficult when you are not currently using the connected phone that is set up for your Webex account. Even meetings can be hard when in a remote setting, with audio or occasional connectivity issues also arising.
