Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We recently just converted from landlines to Webex. I am on the admin team and first point of contact for outside callers. I have enjoyed being able to transfer callers easily. I am also a fan of how it will notify me of a call if I lock my computer. One of the issues with landlines, is it would be hard to do follow-up calls with landlines but with Webex I am able to call from other locations. It does seem similar to teams which helps with the learning process.
Pros
- Transfers
- Caller recognition
- voicemails
- phone history
Cons
- showing who's phone is active
- setting up an automated voicemail
- I may have to keep looking but a chat option between team members
- It has helped with connecting with our person served.
- It also helps to be able to see the caller recognition.
- It is also helpful to have the option to forward the inbox.
- Webex Calling
We used Webex after figuring out how to work hybrid. It has made it easier to connect with clients. Instead of choosing select days for them to call, it is possible to call at any point during the work week.
I feel like I answered this in the previous question but it has helped with being able to call at any point and at any place.
I enjoy how it Webex can be used solely for phone calls or clients. I do use teams as my main source of communication for staff. So it is nice to have separate apps for different areas of my work life. I do wish there was a way to tell who was active or online. This would help with how to transfer the caller.
