Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex Meeting, UCM Calling, Chat & Presence

Pros

  • Good Feature Set (especially in Chat, sometimes even better than messaging apps like WhatsApp, Signal) imo
  • Clear Log Structure & Log collection is easy
  • Updates can be hold back (slow channel) for a longer time

Cons

  • There are a lot of bugs - some smaller ones, that are "okay" to work with and some big bugs that prevent employees from work / prevent us admins to roll out newer versions
  • UCM Calling in Webex App is often causing problems - due to complex infrastructure with ccuc and expressway mra setup
