Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings
WebEx meetings is being used by our organization for scheduling meetings, live video sessions, and conference calls. It is being used across the whole organization. It reduces the complexity of scheduling meetings with conference call numbers with just one click with built in settings in MS Outlook.
- We are now capable attending the sessions with a video option.
- Well sophisticated mobile app with most of the desktop features.
- Secured single sign on login with your enterprise network credentials.
- Recording option is available with one click.
- Can arrange meetings with ease with one click.
- I think when we download the webex mobile version, it does not show all the desktop features such as recording the sessions and notes options.
- The meetings do not completely record the meeting session(in case the host gets disconnected).
- I think WebEx meetings can improve the quality of video sharing.
- The conference call number and meeting details are automatically sent to the attendees without a preview. I think before sending [this information] the host should be able to see the preview of what attendees are going to see when they receive the meeting invite.
I think the mobile enabled WebEx Meeting made a huge impact. Although there is huge difference with the desktop version I am confident that future upgrades to WebEx Meetings will have better video quality without freezing and I would expect to have all the desktop features in the mobile version.
