Webex - great for virtual meetings

The outlook add-in feature is excellent because there is the ability to directly add a Webex meeting to a calendar invite with a simple click of a button.

The recording feature is excellent because we work with many different countries and time zones, so if people need to view the presentation later they simply just need to view the link with the recording.

Webex is extremely easy to join via computer or phone, which is nice for anyone on the road. There is a mobile app which is simple to use and allows you to call in from wherever. This has been great for clients as well, as they find Webex much easier to use than other meeting applications.
