Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex is our company for our online meeting system, I've been using it since 2013 and I like the product. Setting up a meeting or joining a meeting with Webex is so easy. Especially if I'm using the one-click button on Outlook, this way I don't need to arrange many things because in seconds the meeting is arranged. It is very good for international meetings.
Pros
- Easy to set up the meeting, with just one click and the meeting link is ready.
- It is easy to join a meeting, you can call from your computer or phone.
- It is very good for international meetings, you can use it from anywhere you want.
Cons
- Interface is not good, it should improve in time.
- I don't like the background color and the button types.
- Chat is not so effective.
- One positive impact is that you can use your cellphone for a meeting, you don't need any app you just enter your cellphone number to join the meeting. It gives you mobility.
- Skype is a more common program so every first time user can't get used to this program.
- When you are giving a lesson or trying to explain something you require a more effective chat but Webex doesn't have a good one.
