Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have deployed Webex Meetings as a BlueJeans replacement. Besides offering us the option to license very user at our university, including students, faculty, and staff, this gives us other perks when coupled with the SPK-EDU offering Cisco has. We never owned licensing nearly comparable with BlueJeans. With Meeting's tight integration with Webex Teams, we are now actively deploying Webex Teams to the entire university this fall.

BlueJeans offered (at the time) no comparably developed Presence/IM options.

Our flavor of Webex Meetings works great as a "bridging" solution between self-sufficient rooms and users. Bluejeans was previously offered by our department as a concierge service. Webex Meetings has allowed us to make this available to every user (50,000+) with minimal intervention on our part. Administrative tools offered by Cisco make deployment even easier.
