Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

It is being used in the North American branch of my company. It helps us communicate internally in a group setting but is also used for external meetings remotely. In my experience, I have used it mostly externally-facing with clients or customers. It's very easy to use.
  • Allows dial-in calls.
  • Holding remote meetings.
  • Digital Whiteboarding
  • Screen sharing. It always seems choppy and I've encountered many people who are confused by how to allow screen sharing.
  • It has helped us communicate remotely with partners.
  • It has helped me connect quickly with customers.
I did not choose WebEx as the main communication tool within my organization. For Support needs I use TeamViewer to assist in remote interactions with customers but this is a different kind of tool. WebEx is indeed easier to use if you simply want to have meetings compared to TeamViewer.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

I've never had any issues where Webex is "down"
It seems like it can be used/scaled but I am not in charge of this decision with my company. I know our sales team uses it but for operations many of us are sharing an account since we don't use it often
The performance of the actual meeting has always been fine, with the exception of screen sharing being choppy
Well suited for group meetings in either an external or internal setting. Works well when presentations need to be shared and screens or data need to be displayed.
