Webex Meetings is being used across the entire company, it's a fantastic collaboration tool enabling the staff to interact with team members easily during these tough times and help improve productivity and keep the business running. The Webex app on iPhone and iPad has allowed for staff on-site and offsite to communicate and celebrate seamlessly.

Webex Meetings is easy for the users to use, for IT teams to implement, fantastic features like a whiteboard and breakout rooms. Outlook integration is easy and seamless.

Webex Meetings Reliability

We have deployed Webex Meetings to the entire company. We have offices across the UK and mobile home users. The rollout has been straightforward and the iPhone app works brilliantly.
There have been occasions where Webex has not been available. When a user clicks on the Webex Meeting link, the page fails to load. We have also had times where, during a large meeting (20+ people), if everyone enables their video as well as their audio, the meeting hangs, users can't see each other, the audio cuts out, and screen sharing stops.
