Webex Meetings plays a crucial role in our organization for being client-centric & Instant Connect. It also helps to be more productive towards the delivery aspect through virtual connect.
  • Flexibility in support.
  • help us to be available instantly to address the customer issue virtually, saves lot of time.
  • Personal Insights helps us to evaluate and be effective.
  • Painful thing is that, we couldn't take remote access over browser version.
  • Portability of switching devices without getting disconnect from sessions.
  • Takes away insecurity feeling.
  • Intuitive and great!!

In my personal experience, without Webex Meetings, it would be really a disaster. Being a consultant & integrator, I will be in the situation to rely on a support team or other help while setting up new infrastructure. Webex Meetings play a vital role to get support instantly to address the issue. The quality of voice calls and screening clarity are really outstanding.
