Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings are used across the organization in all the departments. We use it to live troubleshoot the customer issues on the call itself. Ease of use and [the] simple user interface is the reason why Webex Meetings is popular in my organization. It is also convenient to create a Webex Meeting through the application and share it with the users.
  • Auto calling feature on your Cisco Jabber if present on your system.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Able to send a private chat.
  • Unmute button in the Webex application gets stuck many times.
  • We need to unmute ourselves on the application as well as Cisco Jabber (if used) in order to speak, while the call is being placed via Cisco Jabber.
  • Integrate meeting invites with Outlook.
  • Customer satisfaction because of the seamless Webex calls.
  • Easy to connect immediately by creating a meeting invite.
  • Saves a lot of time due to screen sharing feature.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

Troubleshooting an ongoing customer issue while on the call is the most suitable scenario where Webex Meetings is used. As it gives the engineer visibility of the customer screen by the sharing option available to them. Webex Meetings are less appropriate while we are just having a simple discussion about work.

Using Webex Meetings

Microsoft Teams, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Cisco Jabber lags a lot if you do not have a very stable internet connection while the same has not been faced with Webex Meetings. The graphical user interface of Webex Meetings is much simpler as compared to Cisco Jabber. The screen sharing feature of Webex Meetings is good compared to Cisco Jabber.

Webex Meetings Reliability

All the departments use Cisco Webex Meetings be it human resources teams for arranging training sessions for the employees or the network operations center team for troubleshooting any issue with the customer to the service delivery team which uses it for proof of concept of the new deployment with the customer.
Cisco Webex Meetings are always available at least the time I required [them] to be. I have never faced any unplanned outage with Cisco Webex Meetings nor have [I] encountered an application error that might stop me from creating a meeting link and interrupt the work that I am doing. Also, we always receive emails from Cisco if they are facing any issue immediately and we can take appropriate action.
The Webex Meetings web browser page loads quickly, the only issue that [has] been faced is when it is integrated with Cisco Jabber for the calling feature wherein the mute button on the Webex Meetings invite gets stuck and I am unable to unmute it and have to leave the meeting and join it again.
