Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex meetings is used for our multiple sites to allow users to communicate when on site or on the go. It makes it easy for management to keep up with co workers. There are many departments that like to use webex meetings to communicate with users and vendors. The ability to use a computer or other devices is helpful too.

  • People can join using different devices
  • Meetings can go live in an instant

  • Webex meeting could have a local non internet version
  • Users are able to host virtual events
  • Departments are able to communicate together

Webex is one of the top in this category. I have experienced issues of jitter and slowness. There has also been occasions when the service was down. Since apps like this use the internet to perform ... issues can arise. All and all the product works as expected. If you are a Cisco user or are considering Cisco products. Give it a shot.
Cisco meetings is easy to use and deploy. Most IT departments should have no issue with this product.
Webex meeting performs well for most situations. Every use case could be different so I would expect some trouble shooting with
non Cisco products would need some sort of assistance. The features and reporting seem to work well for most of our users.
Webex meetings is an easy product to communicate with users. If you like a service that comes from Cisco... you will probably favor this one. Give it a try.
