Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I have been using Webex Meetings to communicate with external vendors outside of the organization. We have used it mostly to hold meetings and do screen sharing. For the most part, Webex Meetings worked fine for us, but we did feel the limitations mainly because my company is not actively using Webex Meetings and thus we periodically experienced issues connecting and joining the meeting.

- Voice communication.
- Web-based application.

- Can't justify.
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts Meet, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams
Webex Meetings is a pretty good tool in comparison with other software that I have been using in the past such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Hangouts Meet. Although, in my opinion Microsoft Teams has a better integration with other Microsoft products if your company uses Microsoft 365. Webex Meetings is comparable to these tools.
