Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use [Webex Meetings] for presentations and general meetings connecting us to colleagues all over the globe with video conferencing.
  • Video conference.
  • Excellent audio no matter where you are calling or receiving a call from.
  • Tools are easy to use.
  • I would suggest improving group conference calling where audio is concerned so that no matter where an individual is sitting, their voice can be clearly heard without having to move the Cisco devices around.
  • My previous company is a platinum partner with Cisco so the savings for our business and clients were huge.
  • Better priced than a lot of other competitors where quality is concerned.
  • Equipment is reliable.

Video conference I would say is the best compared to competitors as there is less lag in the picture/audio you receive.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Webex video and audio playback in my opinion is unmatched and more reliable as compared to other competitors where you some days are better than others lol

Webex Meetings Reliability

We scaled this throughout our entire company in all 30+ offices worldwide and it integrated relatively quickly.
I have never had issues with Webex Meetings availability in my 3 years working with it.
I had no issues when this was integrated with other apps such as Jabber and others.
