Webex the new working Norm
Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
To collaborate with various stakeholders around the world on projects to support the business. Having a central centre for communication and the ability to form groups on the app is vital. The Webex meetings are reliable, robust and support our needs in the way we collaborate. Working in operations I utilise Webex meetings 4-5 times a day and find holding virtual meetings in this manner just as robust and practical as being in the room. Love the ability to share content with ease.
Pros
- Sharing Content.
- Displaying the users on a call.
- The chat function.
- Reactions.
Cons
- More reactions Like High Five, fist bump.
- Rate Webex users that have shown up next to their icon. Give points for those that go on video, participate in meetings, give reactions, take points away for being late, no video, talking over others.
- Easier to transfer a Webex meeting from a laptop to your phone. So say you are in a meeting via your laptop but have to leave, a single click transfers it to your phone and no loss of meeting.
- Saves on internal meeting cost.
- Reduces time to deliver a global project which required personnel to be in the same room.
- Webex meeting is the new norm.
Head and shoulders better than teams. Teams is clunky and slow. Keeps messing with my laptop and slowing it down. Keeps putting itself on the desktop and reloading itself. Functionality is nowhere near as good. Its look a feel is not friendly like Webex. Very poor offering from Microsoft.
