Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

To collaborate with various stakeholders around the world on projects to support the business. Having a central centre for communication and the ability to form groups on the app is vital. The Webex meetings are reliable, robust and support our needs in the way we collaborate. Working in operations I utilise Webex meetings 4-5 times a day and find holding virtual meetings in this manner just as robust and practical as being in the room. Love the ability to share content with ease.
  • Sharing Content.
  • Displaying the users on a call.
  • The chat function.
  • Reactions.
  • More reactions Like High Five, fist bump.
  • Rate Webex users that have shown up next to their icon. Give points for those that go on video, participate in meetings, give reactions, take points away for being late, no video, talking over others.
  • Easier to transfer a Webex meeting from a laptop to your phone. So say you are in a meeting via your laptop but have to leave, a single click transfers it to your phone and no loss of meeting.
  • Saves on internal meeting cost.
  • Reduces time to deliver a global project which required personnel to be in the same room.
  • Webex meeting is the new norm.
Head and shoulders better than teams. Teams is clunky and slow. Keeps messing with my laptop and slowing it down. Keeps putting itself on the desktop and reloading itself. Functionality is nowhere near as good. Its look a feel is not friendly like Webex. Very poor offering from Microsoft.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

Most of the time all works really well. However, on startup, it can take some time for it to load in and get going. I find that it repeats itself a few times Webex meetings and Webex are both applications on my laptop. They duplicate themselves at the start and slow the whole process down. So when you arrive at your desk and turn on your laptop for the first call of the day you have to plan 10 mins before to allow it to get through its processing. Do not worry MS Teams is worse, you need to leave 20 mins after startup.
I can not deliver the full feedback as we are a global company with 10,000 plus employees, but for the groups, I connect with WEbex has become the new norm and has easily been scaled up and function with all our colleagues around the world. Everyone understands how to use Webex now. It's the new norm.
Collaborating on a project. You can set up a group, then schedule meetings with this group, create a follow-up actions plan. The screen sharing is vital and jumps between the different participants with ease. Connects with easy to headsets with a quick and easy mute on mute off functionality. Reminders prior to a meeting are very useful.
