Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Our company's most popular app/platform is Cisco Webex Meetings. In Outlook, we organize our daily meetings easily, and Webex Meeting handles the rest. We may simply invite others to scheduled meetings or hold an impromptu meeting at any time. Meeting recording is also handy for keeping information that you want to discuss or refer to later.

Pros

  • Conference calls are the best.
  • Also it has post meeting summary.
  • Sharing presentations are also easy.

Cons

  • It is a little hard to use compared to other video conferencing applications.
  • More background colors should be added.
  • Real time translation is not very accurate.
  • The audio quality is flawless.
  • Auto focus on person speaking is very helpful.
  • Video quality is the best.

I never faced any error with the app crashing or causing any unwanted errors.
The meeting's collaboration features are incredibly simple to utilize. When we're working on a topic as a group, the ability to switch presenters on the fly, whiteboard tools, and sophisticated screen sharing capabilities come in handy.
It works well with other systems as well.
Webex is a powerful tool for giving client presentations, training, and collaboration in a professional context. In terms of collaboration, it's perfect for product development teams. Webex is not well suited for use in a more informal context, such as a get-together with friends, which is more enjoyable and requires more flexibility.
