Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

For any departmental virtual meeting and official virtual meeting, we are using Webex. it's user-friendly and very sleek. easy to use interface making [things] interesting. 2 [problems] I faced personally with Webex in enterprise version 1. desktop app version doesn't have all features & controls as like website ( like in desktop app it's mostly integrated with mail client and you can't put password while creating a meeting). 2. When users are going to login in [to the] browser it's asking for a web URL & most users are not aware [of] it. since users put ID, therefore, URL should be detected automatically.

Pros

  • Easy user interface.
  • Very easy to record and share.

Cons

  • Meeting setup from app.
  • Asking website URL while login in browser.
  • [End-users] face difficulty sometimes sharing video as the sound it does not relay until you unmute the speaker from [the] screen.
  • made life easy for healthcare professional in this pandemic- virtual clinic
  • Student can use for their learning
MS teams consumed huge memory and making pc slow comparatively - a little bit complex for [the] end-user.

It's quite easy to use and all features are available.
it's quite easy to set up [meetings] among different [departments] which help them to attend in time from anywhere and increase productivity.
I think it's should be more light. meaning ram usage is [a bit] much at the moment.
It's well suited for virtual [clinics] and departmental [meetings].
