Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We meet using Webex [Meetings] to hold focus groups and professional development sessions. These sessions allow us to meet collaboratively and host professional development on a wider scale. We use Webex [Meetings] on a weekly basis because it offers many different conferencing features. I like the call-in feature for users who are not able to use a computer. It provides flexibility and different modes of a meeting.

Zoom and Google Meet

I like Webex [Meetings] for the conference features. It allows many people to join and be in [a] listen-only mode. This works great so the speakers are not interrupted until it is time to do that. This provides easier meetings and more opportunities for our group to meet as a whole when there is important information [to discuss].

Reliability and Availability

I have never had a shortage of time where Webex [Meetings] was not available. It is always very user-friendly for our clients and allows us to continue our meetings without any interruptions or disruptions. This is important when we are on a time crunch or have a huge deadline coming up.

Scalability

[It is] very easy to use [across] our several individual department meetings and hosted events. We can also use it large-scale [across the] whole company. It provides a lot of flexibility to send and add invitations to many different people. This provides us the scalability to use it throughout our entire company.

Performance

Webex Meeting's pages load quickly with usually little wait time or blank screens. The reports come quickly after a poll or question has been launched. I've never noticed it slow down if using another software or system. It is easy to do share screen and not see much of a lag or difference in speed.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited in any company that needs to work remotely or has clients in other time zones. This provides the company flexibility to meet the needs of their clients as well as work together as a team. It may be less appropriate if you have a small organization that does not host open events or does not need to work remotely.
