Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webex Meetings on a daily basis to meet, interact and collaborate with both internal and external customers. It is my platform of choice for business collaboration tasks associated [with] my role within my company. It primarily solves existing communications limitations when in-person meetings are not an option and helps me interact more fluidly with my customers with the tools and functionality the platform provides.

Enabling and/or configuring some features could be more intuitive. i.e., The average Host will need detailed training to work with Breakout Sessions.
Submitting problem reports via Webex lacks response and follow-up
Licensing tiers and feature/functionality can be confusing to customer

Return on Investment

We don't just use this product, we sell it. The added value of being a user of the technology you're selling to your customers is invaluable.
Being able to record and post a meeting to those that couldn't join increases user productivity twofold.
I don't own the numbers, but I imagine a clear point of ROI would be, what additional effort would it take for each employee to do their job without it??

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

A complete Collaboration experience requires everything from the end-user device sitting on a desk, to how the architecture is providing consistent and reliable service, to how the solution is supported, and everything in-between. Webex [Meetings] provides an end-to-end collaborative platform that takes most of the complexity out of having to piece together other platform solutions.

Reliability and Availability

I believe Webex Meetings availability is outstanding. It isn't perfect, but it is constant and reliable for the business requirements we need from the platform.

Scalability

From desktop access to web, all the way to mobility, Webex Meetings has provided a consistent collaboration platform for all users, no matter how they access.

Performance

I believe Webex Meetings performance is great, especially from an end-user availability perspective. Administration tasks can be slow depending on what is being done, but overall, I haven't seen too much slow it down.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a loaded question. It is well suited for every offsite customer meeting and provides a collaborative platform for sharing content to customers (product updates, quotes, demos, etc.) in every scenario. I've had 100's of meetings over the last year that bring me together collaboratively with my customers that would not be possible without Webex Meetings. The use of Video has given everyone that uses it a more personal interaction platform where facial responses and reactions alone can guide you in how meaningful and relevant your content and information is to your audience.
