Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings as the main collaboration solution to organize our internal sessions and meetings with our customers. Webex Meetings definitely target all the challenges we have during this pandemic and this "work from home" situation. With Webex Meetings, you can meet your colleagues, teammates, and coworkers as you would do when you would meet in person. You can discuss all needs and important things face to face but still stay at home. And if we take a look into the future we will see that these challenges will be with us for a longer period.

- pollings during meetings as a reaction to the presentation or discussion
- record the meeting and save it to a video or transcription
- usabiltiy and handling is sometimes complicate for end users
- Invitations and registration pages don´t look so well and intuitive
- less costs of travel
- faster process for discussion and meetings with teammates and customers
- flexibility and scalabilty exactly as your business need
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Webex Meetings is our main tool for collaboration, but as a consultant of a professional service department, I consult my customers for all UCC products which are available.
