Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I have been using Webex Meetings at my organization for over 2 years. This product helps us keep in touch. This comes in particularly handy during pandemic times. We were able to proceed with our works with little to no trouble and Webex Meetings played a significant role in that.

Webex Meetings particularly works well in slower network settings when compared to other apps. We were able to communicate effectively with the help of automatic captions. Their app is more fluid than their competitors. Their hassle-free experience when setting up meetings is an added advantage. Fully recommend this application over their competitors.

We as a team enjoy the additional features that it provides over the other competitors. Their meetings are lag-free and work well even on slower networks. This is particularly a boon for countries like India. During the pandemic, we were able to fully utilize remote work mainly because of this app.

Webex Meetings Reliability

I have never experienced any unplanned outages or application errors in the past 2 years of my extensive usage. Their app experience is particularly smooth and so far I have not encountered any issues with their speed, audio and video, while I have encountered a few issues while using their competitor's applications.
Webex meetings particularly stand out from their competitors by their quick loading. While others take 3-4 seconds to load a meeting, Webex loads them in less than 2 seconds, providing a seamless experience to the user. It tends to slow down a bit when integrated with other third-party apps.
The scalability of the product is amazing and I have personally experienced it. Their meetings work perfectly fine for upwards of 500 people. We had a huge webinar in which close to 200 people were interacting and many others were listening. Webex meetings never had a problem scaling to such heights.
