Cisco has understood this very well and has developed an application that not only facilitates communication through the cloud but encourages it with its many tools that make our connections interactive and productive every time.

Pros and Cons

It has a decent level of security, you will hardly find an intruder inside your meetings
After an online meeting it is possible to visualize the most outstanding keywords of the chat
Webex can be integrated with other web applications that can easily increase your performance productivity
Integrate features that encourage participation such as polls

I would like a more visually pleasing web version
I wish they would allow integration of DocuSign to Webex

Have productive and stable meetings, with stable I mean that there are no audio or video failures, that everything runs smoothly and clearly as in a face-to-face conversation

In general, the interface is quite good and intuitive. I would say that 99% of users do not need to go through an introductory tutorial to take their first steps in the application. However, there are cases such as presentations that do require support.

Professional Services

Cisco offers a solid service. We have had no problems since its implementation. Communication flows almost naturally, and this feeling is very difficult to emulate with other software. Webex is different than its competitors.

Webex is useful in several scenarios. Its flexibility is due to its multiple functionalities. Useful to contact anyone inside or outside the company instantly. Anyone can use the app if they have an internet connection.
