Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use WebEx Meetings for many of our meetings. My specific work team is not always in the same location and we also work with external partners, agencies, and organizations WebEx Meetings helps us all connect to keep the work moving forward. Very rarely do we experience issues, bugs, or general hiccups with WebEx Meetings like I used to with a competitor at my last employer.

  • When connected to two monitors and selecting full screen, I'd like to be able to specify which screen gets the screen share at full screen and which gets the attendee windows.
  • Allowing the host of the meeting to share the previous chat history to members that may join late to a call
  • More emoji/emote options.
  • It allows us to connect to our external partners, agencies, and outside organizations with ease.
  • Our team can efficiently run Agile Scrum meetings and design reviews to keep the work moving forward and the team on track with roadmap commitments

I've used several meeting tools and WebEx Meetings has been the most consistent experience with minimal hiccups. The tool simply works as expected and it's nice to have a tool that doesn't waste time with updates and errors - you can just get straight to your meeting.

Using Webex Meetings

Very intuitive. Love that it is clear when you are on/off mute. The share screen option shows you thumbnails before you begin sharing so you can confidently know if you are about to share your slide presentation or today's WORDLE challenge. Our team is also big on celebrations and the emote options are one way we can hype up a team member or their work without interrupting.
