Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings is an invaluable tool. At the medical school where I work, we have had to conduct any number of remote and work-from-home meetings, lectures, and other events. Webex Meetings has made that transition to the "new normal" almost seamless. Webex is a part of my daily life (my job primarily involves Webex Meetings Support) and I am thankful it's there!

Provide a physically safe environment during a pandemic
Provide flexibility with content sharing, chat, and other features

A little more flexibility w/r/t content sharing
Easier login/joining of meeting
A more similar web vs. app experience

For remote learning and meetings, Webex Meetings is perfect.

Usability

Webex meetings are overall very easy for most users to get up and running. More advanced features are simple to set up or teach users about.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings works best for our uses in remote learning, lectures, and staff meetings. It's great for lecturers to share content such as PowerPoint presentations and videos. There are times when hands-on and in-person is the best approach, and of course, Webex Meetings is not particularly well-suited for that.
