Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

The Webex Meetings are very clear and the ease of use is very good. We work globally for end customers in many countries and all of them use Webex Meetings and it gives vast features to use and makes communication clear and concise. We schedule meetings on a regular basis, schedule reoccurring sessions, Training. We like WebEx Meetings very much and it is much more helpful during WFH.

Pros

  • presentation of speakers in large number of participants
  • Recording sessions and sharing the same to users
  • Breakout sessions
  • Video calls with the grid view
  • reminders for the upcoming meetings
  • screen sharing and remote access

Cons

  • There are times when we share the screen, the keyboard stops working for some reason, it will be good if this can be addressed
  • the noise cancellation can be improved(background noise)
  • the Grid view of participants can be improvised
  • It provides a positive approach to the interactions between customers which increases the chances of getting the projects
Webex Meetings is the best, it's evolving, improvising and we love it.

It is good and very easy to use
It is best suited to work with end customers remotely and guide them and help them to accomplish things that will be difficult without a proper communication channel, which WebEx provides to us. Providing training sessions to end-users, it makes easier for them to understand the screen sharing feature.
