Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

With the globalization of staff, vendors, and clients, needing to be able to communicate and share screens and information is key to the success of Loud and Clear Communications, LLC. We are able to do this with Webex. Seamless communication and setting up meetings is a breeze and audio and video streams are usable 99.9 % of the time.

  • Enabling us to record training sessions has helped provide easy access to customers needing videos of how-to and more.
We liked the integration of our phone systems and Meetings. The necessary steps to configure this were easy and had no maintenance. The solution just works for us. The ability for the users to be able to connect and just have a meeting without needing to be in person. The recording features work and are much easier to send than Teams.

The use of Cisco products makes the rollout of this solution easy for those staff that uses it. If you are not using the Cisco suite, I would recommend looking for a less costly product. This product does have its quirks, but most have them. This would not be a recommended solution for small shops of less than 50 employees or users.

Webex Meetings Reliability

This product works every time I need it to work.
The pages load quickly. The Webex does not slow integrations down. The ability of the product to work is not limited by most bandwidth. The integration with the calendar and other systems is as advertised. No issues with the product, integrations, or capabilities.
We are able to install this solution across the organization with ease. The solution works for everyone as easily as double click the application and starting the application. The ability to have this solution on the mobile phone as well for those that are on the go is crucial. The staff like the flexibility that has been brought to working from home or the local coffee shop.
