Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Webex for a large number of applications. we use it for simple and quick collaboration. We use it for training across our organization. We also use it for Orientation for External WFH users. We use can use it as a meeting recording platform as well.

Zoom

We love Zoom because of the integration between it and our other Cisco products. This is something Zoom can never do for us and it has been a huge help for many of our end users.

Reliability and Availability

I have Webex Meetings at my fingertips I can use it on every device I have, including my iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows laptops, as well as Apple Play in my truck.

Scalability

Webex does give us the ability to be flexible and stay on top of things that would traditionally require in-person meetings.

Performance

Webex loads pretty quick for us. No different than its competitors but I would say it is reasonably fast.

Likelihood to Recommend

We love Webex. Even more now since they have grown the product. It is much larger than just a simple meeting tool now. We can house large meetings or small meetings, and we can house trainings with breakout rooms. We can hold simple 1 on 1 conferences. We can now record trainings. We can do more than ever before and we love Webex for it.
