Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I use Webex Meetings to set up sessions with partners and customers. However, it is difficult to open the app because it always asks for the installation, which delays the sessions' beginning. Also, enabling the microphone or camera is tricky, in my opinion.

  • Improve the menu section
  • Fix bugs to recognize camera and microphone
Webex Meetings needs to be more agile when it comes to starting meetings and solving issues related to the microphone and audio, in my view.

I believe Webex Meetings needs to improve in different areas, primarily with the starting of sessions and bugs with microphones and cameras, I believe.
That is not intuitive to use for everyone in an organization, I've found.
It is slow, I've found.
When the app works well, everything is suitable and easy to use. However, the app often asks for installation and does not recognize the meeting link, I've found.
