Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

As a small company, we wanted something that is beyond meets & simple at the same time. We tried out multiple products & eventually decided to stick with WebEx. The major problem we were finding before using it was the lack of features & group session handling in other similar products. We had to take personal interviews & group calls at the same time.

Google meets is too simple & lacks functionalities for group calls. Zoom sometimes become too overwhelming. WebEx sits perfectly in between them & provides useful features & a great mix of functionalities.
WebEx is simplistic for team meets & have vast list of tools for group calls. What else do you need?

Except one or two times. WebEx has been great for our meeting & call purposes.
We are a very small team right now. So, this question is not very suitable.
Just faced a couple of load issues. Other than that, smooth.
WebEx is well suited for,
- group calls where you have to either call a speaker or give a session for a vast audience. Its features help us moderate & conduct the session well.
- team calls where we have to make notes, send personal messages to a certain attendee & share links
