Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings throughout our conference rooms. We have seen a significant increase in user satisfaction as Webex Meetings has made connecting with others and outside organizations a pleasure. Prior we experienced many issues regarding call quality, connection drops, and difficulty in completing normal virtual meeting functions.

Previous software was difficult to use software did not integrate into the video conferencing system.

User-friendly and integrates with Microsoft Calendar quite well.
