Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is one option we use for meetings, especially hybrid meetings where several participants are online and several are together in one meeting space. The good integration with meeting devices is one of the strongest reasons we use Webex Meetings -- the RoomKit, DX80, and other devices are very high quality and connect well with Webex Meetings.

We were well suited for hybrid work because we've always been a mobile workforce, and had a fair bit of need to work from home and other locations.
Webex Meetings with the Room OS devices have been useful to allow us to have many kinds of meetings. However, in most cases, conventional all-online meetings work OK, with everybody in their own office... even if they're in the same building with each other. This provides the best possible "democratic" equalizing experience because even the Room OS devices with 5K cameras cannot compete with giving each participant a private camera and private microphone, such as you have with a laptop.
We use a mixture of Google Meet, Zoom, and Webex Meetings, with the majority in Google Meet. We use Webex Meetings where it is required or where it's the easiest option to use with the device.

Webex Meetings is a pretty strong option for meetings, especially ideal for large organizations that have can have a trained administrator who cares for the features and settings, and that use meeting devices such as the RoomKit. It is flexible and therefore it is quite complex compared to simple options like Google Meet.
