Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings in day to day work for meetings with our clients and partners. It gives all benefits of having a online meeting solution. Webex Meetings gives us the ability to control other parties computers remotely, it is very helpful to assist customers with their technical issues conveniently. Otherwise we have to instruct them to follow necessary steps to by telling them by voice.
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Chatting with other people within the meeting
  • File sharing plus Q&A ability
  • Remote controlling must be improved as it shows a huge badge while not controlling other side, and it is big distractor
  • GUI is not user friendly
  • Better noise reduction
  • Better view when sharing screens
  • Audio devices not recognized often
  • Reduces cost of transport
  • Save traveling time
  • Ability to record sessions helps customers as they can refer sessions later which negate communicating the same information again and again
We do not use the hybrid work feature. The challenge for us is most of the initial work we do require physical presence at customer sites initially. Then later stages we use VPNs and remote management software like Anydesk to do our work. So our kind of organization doesn't see much value of hybrid work.
I would prefer Microsoft Teams and Zoom than Webex Meetings. Because all the core features of these softwares are offered conviniently by other vendors.

In my opinion Webex Meetings is good just have to meetings. And also it seems Cisco uses it well for their webinars but in our use cases it not user-friendly at all. I have experienced Google, Microsoft and Zoom meeting solutions as well. I would certainly prefer another solution than Webex Meetings because it is not user-friendly.

Using Webex Meetings

Mostly we use it for meetings and remote control of other PCs to assist clients. It doesn't feel as convenient as other meeting solutions for remote controlling.
