We use Webex Meetings to communicate and collaborate internally and with partners using this solution. This solution supports hybrid and remote working enabling users to share and collaborate on business challenges. It offers flexibility and scalability to scale as clients grow and scale. The ability to support cross platform and across a range of devices is a plus.

The solution was deployed during COVID to support remote and hybrid teams. With employees forced to stay at home during lockdown this solution was deployed to employees to help them stay in contact and work together to continue to run their businesses. It supported helping clients with their challenges to be able to communicate and collaborate on their business challenges.

We did use Cisco's hybrid work solution to support our organizational challenges. As in the previous response, it helped all employees stay in touch and collaborate but also helped to continue to conduct business with clients. The feature to be able to join meetings is a true benefit for remote hybrid working.

We all, coworkers, employees and our customers had a positive experience using the Cisco solution to support hybrid working to communicate and collaborate effectively. The usage of the solution enabled us to join meetings effectively and be efficient in those meetings with supporting video and chat during the meetings to enable sales presentations and questions on them.
