Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I use a Desk Pro at the homeoffice, WebEx Meetings on a daily basis as a Partner Manager. Wx Meeting and Calling I also sell as a managed solution.

  • scaling up
  • quality of service
  • You have to search for embedded apps (like slido, Miro) like they were hidden
  • DeskPro usage is limited in comparison to desktop app (Chat!)
  • Cant work without it.
  • Choosing a new employer would mean choosing one with WebEx.
Wx more immerisive. Quality overall is better. Easier sharing.

DeskPro needs inprovement for chat and app usage. Often you simply cant use or see things. For Conferencing WebEx is the first choice for quality and user experience.

miro: useful tool once a week slido: nice once a month desk pro very cool device for home HS 730: good quality, but fast empty
