Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I use a Desk Pro at the homeoffice, WebEx Meetings on notebook and cell phone on a daily basis. WebEx Boards in Offices.

Pros

  • Join conference
  • upscaling
  • quality of service
  • noice removal

Cons

  • You have to search for embedded apps (like slido)
  • DeskPro usage is still limited in comparison to desktop app (Chat!), but is improving
  • Cannot work without it.
  • Choosing a new employer would mean choosing one with WebEx.

Did not do it myself
It is the crucial part of enabling the hybrid work experience. The demand for the solution was there.
You have to test the collab tools before using it in customer calls. Test sharing, headset function, mute/unmute etc.
Wx more immerisive. Quality overall is better. Easier sharing. Noise cancelling is better.

DeskPro needs inprovement for chat and app usage. Often you simply cant use or see things. For Conferencing WebEx is the first choice for quality and user experience.

automatic noise suppression: a must in homeoffice and office environments real-time transcription: very usefull personalization: zeitgeist demands it. nice
miro: useful tool once a week slido: nice once a month desk pro very cool device for home HS 730: good quality, but fast empty
participant management is very easy interop with ms teams is ok, sure it is way better than 1 year ago
