Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use WebEx across our multi-academy trust mainly to bridge the gap between peripatetic workers and provide remote education access for pupils who cannot physically attend one of our schools. WebEx offers an intuitive solution that is accessible on all platforms and molds around our needs.

COVID-19 was a considerable factor and a challenge for our need for a hybrid workforce. We launched Teams simultaneously, and our staff connected with WebEx much more than we expected. Platform performance differed from Teams, and we've noticed more recently that WebEx suffers far less from software update issues than MS products.
Improved reliability has had a huge impact on our organization more and more staff feel comfortable hosting meetings than ever before and comment frequently that the tools and general graphical user interface remain both familiar and useable. New features are introduced in an intuitive way with run-once guidance. Keeping track of users and devices is also incredibly simple to master.
WebEx has enabled multiple teams of staff and pupils to connect in a really easy and simple way. We have seen staff and pupil morale improve as a consequence of multiple positive web meetings with organisers able to use their creative side to deliver enriching content from other sites, home, and even hotel rooms.
Over the years following the COVID-19 pandemic, we have sustained a constant remote/hybrid presence using the Webex platform. We've learnt new remote ways to comply with safeguarding pupils at home, allowing staff to obtain a more excellent work/life balance and improve our opportunities to communicate effectively generally. WebEx has been, by far, the preferred choice from both a technical and an organizer's perspective.

Some of our multi academy trust central staff rely on different products to carry out meetings (typically teams). Since using WebEx meetings, our users have reported a greater confidence in hosting remote meetings, and some have used more advanced features such as carplay integration and wearable tech.
