Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I use it every day for meetings and staying in touch with my co-workers—whether it’s talking, video calls, or working together online. It really improves how we communicate, making conversations clearer, cutting down on misunderstandings, and keeping everything running smoothly. Plus, it makes collaboration easier by giving us a central place to share ideas, files, and updates.

Pros

  • Multiple ways to joining the meeting
  • The video conference is stable without many delay or noise
  • Record and share the meeting content on demand
  • The conference connection works great both under VPN and Internet connections.

Cons

  • More virtual background to choose
  • Easy to troubleshoot the network issue
  • Lower the user price
  • Improve the collaboration efficiency
  • Easy to use and master important features
  • Pricey comparing with other online collaboration tool
  • Too much software named start with webex confused the new users.
There is increased collaboration with team members across different locations. Sometimes, the communication is very detailed and specific. Large groups of participants attend the same meeting to exchange ideas, discuss requirements and challenges, and demonstrate detailed work and results. It is essential for all participants to watch the live progress simultaneously.
Using Cisco work solutions is easier and more stable comparing with previous online communication solutions. It also has much better cross platform performance and is more friendly for the mobile users. Therefore, it is easier to communicate with people outside the company and reduce the communication barrier and improve the efficiency of communication.
Use a hybrid work model almost every day, balancing in-office and remote collaboration. Clear and effective communication is crucial for keeping projects on the right track. I need to share work content, provide updates , discuss design details, demonstrate results, and give clear instructions to co-workers across the country. To support these diverse communication needs, I require a solution that is both affordable and easy to use, ensuring seamless interaction across different teams and locations without unnecessary complexity or high costs.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
We’re making solid progress with our hybrid work setup, got the Webex for communication, cloud storage for files, and project management software for collaboration. We’ve also set clear guidelines around flexible hours and team availability. One big takeaway is how essential tools like Webex have been for keeping remote and in-office teams connected. We’ve also learned that getting regular feedback from the team helps us improve the setup and make sure everyone’s on the same page. While there have been a few challenges, the hybrid model is becoming more efficient as we continue to roll out new features and integrations.
Webex worked really well for our hybrid setup. Compared to other tools we've used, Webex is more stable, reliable and secure, with features like noise cancellation and real-time transcription that make a big difference. It’s also easier to manage meetings and control access. We chose Cisco because of its reputation for security and reliability. As our hybrid work model grows, Cisco’s solutions give us the flexibility we need while keeping everything secure and streamlined. Cisco Webex Experience

Webex Meetings has made a big difference in how our team works together. The noise suppression is a game-changer—it keeps background sounds from getting in the way, so conversations stay clear and focused. Real-time transcription is super helpful too; no one has to scramble to take notes, and we can easily go back and review key points. In addition, the built-in note-taking and action tracking make follow-ups smoother since everyone knows what needs to be done after a meeting
Cisco webex is really powerful tool itself. Our orgination did not combine any other Cisco collaboration producst with Webex.
Webex Meetings makes it super easy to have secure and smooth meetings without me having to do anything extra. Security is built right in—meetings are encrypted, and features like automatic locks and strong participant controls keep things private without me having to tweak a bunch of settings. It also works well across different devices and platforms, so I never have to worry about compatibility issues when joining a call. As a host, I have all the controls I need to manage participants, limit screen sharing, and keep discussions on track without jumping through hoops.
