Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We do use Webex Meetings for the purpose of meeting both colleagues as well customers and partners. With the help of Webex Meetings we're able to collaborate, share, exchange and see each other at least virtually. We also use the different functionalities that are available while the meeting is running but also use the channels for communication after the meeting did take place so that we can also keep record and follow-up on the open items from the meeting.

We're currently in a transition phase so we might switch the provider. I'm not sure which are the exact reasons but one thing is clear, as we did use both tools in parallel, it will definitely be a decision for saving budget and continue to only use one communication platform within the company.
