Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings in various ways from time to time. We often use it for Cisco support calls, collaborating with 3rd parties and other meetings. It helps set up meetings quickly and securely and provides a more than adequate solution to collaborating over support and troubleshooting. We have found it extremely helpful and seamless.

Pros

  • Fairly easy to use and learn
  • Good quality video and sound
  • Good features for sharing and working together

Cons

  • The mobile app is not always reliable
  • Can be costly
  • Not widely used
  • Seamless and good quality collaboration
  • Troubleshooting is done quicker and saves time in support calls
  • Screensharing ease offers a better approach at problem solving.
They all handle collaboration and meetings well and all offer various experiences. On the whole I wouldn't say any one of the products stand out against the other so it would have to come down to ease of integration, installation an costing. Webex Meetings holds its own well with its competitors.

Webex Meetings is great for meeting and collaboration work. We have used it during troubleshooting with 3rd parties and it really works well. We are able to share documentation, screens and allow full control, which help when dealing with experts or others with specific knowledge. The audio and sound quality have always been excellent and is a lot easier than a standard phone call.
