Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by our whole organization to manage claims for mostly travel expenses. It is a easy way to record receipts and ensure legal compliance. removing the need to store lots of paperwork.

Very easy and quick to pick up how to do most of what it can do, however certain parts of what it does can sometimes be less easy to work out. Webexpenses is updated frequently however so this may improve over some time. For example it has gotten a lot easier to use from when I first used it.
I haven't had to use support directly so can not really comment however it is maintained on a regular basis so I presume support is quite good overall.
You can take a picture of receipts on your smart phone using the Webexpenses app which speeds up claims and the claims approval by your line manager a lot. The automatic mileage calculator also speeds up claims and deters any potential fraudulent activity or simple mistakes by staff if they happen.
Very well suited to a large organization with its staff members submitting expense claims frequently on a monthly basis across a large geographical area. Allows for easy cross checking of receipts and claim details such as miles travelled etc. It is probably not as well suited for those smaller organizations with infrequent expense claims from staff.
