Easy & Reliable Expenses Software

Very easy and quick to pick up how to do most of what it can do, however certain parts of what it does can sometimes be less easy to work out. Webexpenses is updated frequently however so this may improve over some time. For example it has gotten a lot easier to use from when I first used it.

I haven't had to use support directly so can not really comment however it is maintained on a regular basis so I presume support is quite good overall.

Very well suited to a large organization with its staff members submitting expense claims frequently on a monthly basis across a large geographical area. Allows for easy cross checking of receipts and claim details such as miles travelled etc. It is probably not as well suited for those smaller organizations with infrequent expense claims from staff.
