Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It's being used across the business for specific job roles. It allows employees to have their expenses processed quickly and efficiently and can be tracked and approved with ease wherever you are. Preventing the need to submit manual forms.

  • Accessible wherever you are, on PC or mobile device.
  • Allows upload of receipts directly without need to send manual documents.
  • Scanning of receipts from mobile device.
  • Timing out to be extended.
  • Removal of manual process.
  • Time saving so more time can be spent on operational matters.
It's easy to use, can be used on PC and mobile and accessible anywhere in the world.
When we've needed help or support it's been readily available to us.
Used primarily for submitting expenses and approving.
Not involved in the purchase/decision making but works well and the features support our business needs.
I haven't evaluated other products on the market but have used others elsewhere and Webexpenses works well against them.
Suits our business needs and the fact employees are not all in one location so easy to use on the road.
