Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used globally by our company for travel expenses.

Pros

  • Easy to open claims.
  • Easy to edit and submit claims.
  • Easy to attach receipts.

Cons

  • Make it easier to delete a claim that was accidentally opened... you can only archive approved claims.
  • Allow more characters in title.
WebExpenses is extremely easy to use. I can open, edit, and submit claims along with receipts in less than 5 mins. They also have integrated maps for mileage reimbursement - which is extremely helpful. You can see when your claim is approved by management and when it has been approved for payment.
If I've ever needed support, they are very quick to respond.
We did not use any other product besides WebExpenses... prior to WE was just an excel report we would send to accounting.
Would recommend 100%.
