Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used to process invoices and claims, across the whole company. It is a standardized platform in which locum pharmacists such as myself are able to submit their hours worked in order to get paid. A quick and simple process which has made life easier for locums and removing the need for paper invoices.
  • Easy to submit claims.
  • Can attach receipts to claim for parking and accommodation.
  • Notification to show when you are paid.
  • Need to be able to add more than one company to the same email address, e.g. as locums, we work different pharmacy companies. However, as my account is linked with Rowlands it cant be linked with any other company now.
  • Getting paid quickly.
Easy to use.
Can add reports for future claims.
Only have to submit claims weekly now.
Product features.
Good for submitting hours and claiming expenses such as parking and accommodation. Can amend hours when needed and shows you the status of each claim, all the way until you get paid.
