Used across the whole business for individual business expenses.
  • Easy to read dashboard showing summary of amounts and status of claims.
  • Simple drop down boxes make it easy to add information about a claim.
  • Adding attached documents to a claim is simple and easy to find.
  • More detailed options for tracking costs.
  • It has made simplified the way we can reimburse employees.
It is very simple and easy to use from the get go with minimal training required.
Support is readily available and help is given quickly where needed.
I use Webexpenses for claim submission and it has saved more time than filling out documents manually. [There] is also time savings by claims going directly to managers for approval instead of chasing them for approval in person.
Ease of use and time for completing a claim were the key requirements.
PPW had a more extensive project offering but Webexpenses is more suitable for the activities required.
Very well suited for small-medium sized businesses where employees are traveling regularly for work and require reimbursement from their company..
