Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across our whole business for an efficient process of reimbursing staff for expenses paid out to facilitate job roles, such a mileage or subsistence. The product provides a swift and transparent manner to upload expenses and equally for management review, the platform also allows tracking to monitor trends.
  • Easy to use and enter in information.
  • Easy to apply receipts to expense claims.
  • Great for auditing expenses over time.
  • There are no flaws to be honest - perhaps it could be modernised for a visual perspective.
  • I would like a better way to review uploaded documents such as receipts so you can clearly see these and the input data at the same time to cross check.
  • Great for tracking, auditing and reporting.
  • Swift reimbursement for staff who are out of pocket to do their job.
Very easy to use and simple to follow. There is nothing that is overly complicated about this system and I have never had any issues using from a perspective of loading expenses or reviewing my staffs expenses.
I use this for mileage tax reliefs and it is super to track my mileage claims to provide accurate information.
Meets all my requirements needed which for me is simply to upload or review expenses and for downloading reports for yearly mileage.
I have not used an alternative.

Well suited for any business that has staff who are in control of their time and day to day tasks which require expenditure. Also a very good way to track expenses and pick up on trends or areas where money could be saved. Maybe not so useful for small organisations or the self employed.
