Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used by engineers for booking monthly expenses.
Much easier than our old Excel sheet system and receipts.
Has reduced paper admin.
  • Easy to access from mobile devices.
  • Easy to add receipts in almost any format/file type.
  • The map for car travel is very useful.
  • Have had trouble logging onto different devices, wrong password when it hasn't been.
  • I think the form for an item being claimed in the Android app could be better for smaller smart phone screens.
  • Always have to hunt for the submit claim button, making that a bit more obvious would be good.
It is easy... functional and works on multiple platforms.
Never had to use it - which means it has never broken on me - which means the support must be good, because it probably has failed and then been fixed before us users noticed.
N/A, user. But saying that, it has made expense summation a lot easier for us users.
For us users it meets all requirements.

Yes

I can only think that it is suited to traveling engineers/people. Easy to add expenses day by day.
Might not be so appropriate to an office worker who might only make 2 claims per year.
