Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across our whole organisation and has brought immediate benefits to both the employees and company as a whole. The system has meant we could do away with paper expense forms and envelopes stuffed with receipts! Our employees love the fact they can use the app whilst out on their travels and being able to upload photos of receipts is saving so much time and administration. Expenses are now able to be submitted and approved on time each month without issues around lost receipts or paperwork.
  • If needed, their support team are great. Fast to reply and so helpful.
  • The system makes the approval of expenses very quick and easy for managers.
  • The app is a great advantage to our employees who are based remotely and travel regularly.
  • It would be great if the HMRC advisory fuel rates could be automatically updated.
  • It did take quite a while to get all of our data set up in the system initially and there were a few tweaks needed during set up.
  • It's had a positive impact as has drastically reduced the number of hours our HR admin team have had to spend on checking paper forms and collating receipts.
It can be quite complicated as an Administrator of the system during set up, but the support team are very helpful and the training is brilliant. As an everyday user, it's very straightforward once you have done your first claim and understand how to upload receipts.
Support is fantastic. There is always someone to reposed to chat questions very quickly to resolve any queries or issues. Our account manager is great to - very understanding and patient if we have queries. The training provided at the start (and whenever needed) is great too and I would very much recommend taking advantage of this training/watching the videos.
By being online and replacing our old paper based system, lots of tike has been saved with claim submissions and approvals by line managers. This is also then quick and easy for Accounts to process the payments in a timely manner.
Keeping claims and receipts in once central place. Having more automation for better auditing and having approvals online to save time.

It's well suited to organisations that have medium to large numbers of staff and for those where employees are on the road a lot. It is useful for companies who don't have an admin team or only have a small accounts team as the system removes the need for laborious processing of paper expense claims.
