Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses has been adopted across all departments for expense submissions from business mileage to office stationary. The company comprises a high number of remote workers and Webexpenses has proved to be extremely easy to use and very quick to submit expenses with almost no training needed for employees to understand and use the process. Most employees submit weekly due to high business miles.
- Very easy to understand.
- Very easy to attach receipts.
- At a click you can view previous claims.
- Draft expense submissions are impossible to delete.
- It does not automatically sync with company expense rates such as business mileage.
- Checking receipts have been attached correctly only gives you a thumb nail picture.
- As only a user, can't really comment on business objectives.
- It does make my submissions very organised and easy to track.
- My expenses are approved by my line manager and passed to payroll for quick payment.
My weekly submission takes me about 10 minutes compared to the hour when I used another expenses process.
